Normally your customers will add their details via the website as a step in placing an order. It is also possible to add customers via the admin utility or to edit existing customers. Customer logins can be disabled at any time. It is possible to start an order without supplying any contact details, the order will be saved on the users computer. When the customer is ready to order and passes past the basket page customer details are required and will be entered then. The customer at any time can edit their details on the website and view orders and the status of current orders. Invoice's can also be viewed via the customer login on the website. Customers can also opt in to a newsletter when they place their order. At any time the customer can login and change this opt in or alternatively can click a un-subscribe link on the newsletter email.
