The main page for listing and managing your customers.

Normally your customers will add their details via the website as a step in placing an order. It is also possible to add customers via the admin utility or to edit existing customers.

Customer logins can be disabled at any time.

It is possible to start an order without supplying any contact details, the order will be saved on the users computer. When the customer is ready to order and passes past the basket page customer details are required and will be entered then. The customer at any time can edit their details on the website and view orders and the status of current orders. Invoice's can also be viewed via the customer login on the website.

Customers can also opt in to a newsletter when they place their order. At any time the customer can login and change this opt in or alternatively can click a un-subscribe link on the newsletter email.

Search by keyword
Enter search term in text box in navigation area and click to search. This will search for a customer.

Add
Click to add a new customer. Customers add themselves via the website but if you wish to add a customer manually this can be performed here.

Customer Permissions
This is will be visible if limit by categories is set active or login required to view products.

Supoer User. Customer can view products or access their designated product categories.
Regular User. Products will be hidden for this user if limit by categories is active or login required to view products

Online / Offline

 

Customer created using the website.
Customer added via the administration area..


Status
You can show:
[N/A] - All customers
[Active] - only active customers
[InActive] - suspended customers

Click to show results.

Switch to require approval Customer is active.
Switch to require approval User has been suspended and login is disabled. No further orders can be made by this customer


Name
Name of customer

Company Name
Optional company name if entered by customer.

Email
Click the link to email the customer direct.

Orders
Count of orders

Edit
Click to edit the customer

Orders
Click to view orders made by this customer
