Common layouts and schemas for your all pages on your site can be added here to ensure certain pages adhere to a common layout.

Templates  speed up the process of adding new pages as a general layout will be available immediatly on adding page without having to start design from scratch.
They can be accessed when adding web pages or by clicking in the text editor.

Web pages can be created using a web template - for all other pages web templates are inserted via the text editor.


Add
Click   to add a new user template.


Key to Icons Used

  Active State # In-active State Click Action
This template has been locked and cannot be deleted.
Preset template (un-editable) setup by system administrator. Cannot be set inactive or deleted.
Active - (published and viewable on website) Not-active (not viewable on website) Click icon to change



Active
You can sort the results whether the web page template is active.

[ N/A] - View All in-active and active web templates
[Active] - All live active web templates
[InActive] - All live in-active web templates
Click to show results.


Sort By
You can sort the results by
[User]
Templates you have added to the system and available for edit and deletion.
[Preset]
Templates the system administrator has added to the system. These templates cannot be edited or deleted.


Date Created
The date the web template was created.

Title
The Title of the web page and notes if added.

Preview
A preview of the template

Delete
To delete template click check box. This will highlight the template row and place a tick in the box.
You can select multiple templates to delete.

Click to perform delete. A new prompt window will open to confirm deletion.
