If your website is updated by multiple users it might be best to check in and out pages as you work on them. Checking a page out stops other web admin users from selecting the same page and working on it at the same time which might result in data being overwritten.


Key to Icons

	Page can be saved by anyone at any time including by someone else when you are working on the page which could result in overwriting content with content from someone else. To ensure that only you will be having access to make changes to this page click the red button. The button will then turn green and you will be notified the page has been check in or locked to you.
	Page can only be saved by you and no one else. When you have finished your edits make sure to click the green button. The button will then revert back to red so that other users may update the page and maybe take control of the edits..
	Page has been locked by another user so you will not be able to save any changes. Either contact the web admin user who has locked the page so you can make your edits or wait until the page is checked out.
