Key to Buttons (Clicking icon will automatically save)

Active State	In-active State	Click Action
To return to previous list all page.
Link will open in a popup window.	Link will open within an area on the web page.
Page requires super user login Social networks : only your friends can view.	Page does not require super user login to view. Social networks : can be viewed by anyone.	Click icon to change.
Link added to Left Side of Menu Bar	No link added to Left Side of Menu Bar	Click icon to change.
Link added to Right Side of Menu Bar	No link added to Right Side of Menu Bar	Click icon to change.
Page is active on website.	Page is inactive on website and will not be displayed.	Click icon to change.
