Manage all your listings.

If you have modified your custom dictionary 'Listings' will be automatically replaced with your preferred description such as Boats, Cars, Articles.....


  Active State   In-active State Click Action
Page in draft mode any edits will not affect live page Page in live mode. Any edits automatically update the website  
Comments can be left No Comments can be left Click icon to change
Listing can be purchased online. Listing cannot be purchased online for view only. Click icon to change
Image gallery attached to page No Image gallery attached to page Click icon to change
Active - (published and viewable on website) Not-active (not viewable on website) Click icon to change
Requires super user login to view No login required Click icon to change

Add
 Click to add a new web page item
To add a web link : in the left common menu bar in the administration area click [Add web Link]


Search by Category
[View All] - View all listings
[None] - View listings not attached to a category
[Category] - Select category to display listings set under this category.

 Filter by comments
[N/A] - View all listings
[Active] - Show only listings that have comments
[InActive] - Show only listings that have no comments

 
Filter By Color
Use to highlight certain items. Color selection will be saved. To reset color selection click the white color box to view all items.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 




 Home Page
[N/A] - View all listings
[Yes] - Show only listings selected to display on the home page
[No] - Show listings selected to display only on main listing page

 Show Active
[N/A] - View all listings
[Active] - Show only active listings
[InActive] - Show inactive listings


Click to show results.


Sort By
You can sort the results by
[Code] - sorts alphabetically My Products listing Code
[Title] - sorts alphabetically My Products listing title
[Last Added] - the latest added My Products listing will be displayed first.
 
[Updated on XX/XX/XXXX Today ] - filter results by listings updated today
[Rating Hi - Lo] - best user ratings first
[Rating Lo - Hi] - lowest user ratings first

Rating
Web users have rated this page out of 5 stars if optional ratings are shown

Delete

To delete My Products click check box. This will highlight and place a tick in the box.
You can select multiple My Products to Delete.

Click to perform operation. A new prompt window will open to confirm deletion.
