Key to symbols used
Add New User User will normally sign up themselves via the login and sign up boxes on your website - pages that you set to allow comments. There may be times when you wish to set up a new web user using the administration area. Click to add new user. Search by keyword Enter search term in text box in navigation area and click to search. This will search for web user matches and display results. Status [N/A] - All. [Automatic publish] - Users that can automatically have comments published on website without approval by an administrator (Trusted Users). [Approval needed] - User requiring approval before publishing to website. [Suspended accounts] - User suspended. [Subscription sign-up in progress] - User in the progress of starting Paypal subscription. Sort By You can sort the results by various options. Pending Number of comments this user has requiring approval and not yet published on website. Active Number of comments this user has published on website. Member since Date the user signed up for this service. Suspend selected users To suspend a user tick box. This will highlight row and place a tick in the box. You can select multiple users to suspend. Click to perform operation. A new prompt window will open to confirm suspension. 
After clikcing [suspend selected users] the user can be set to live again. The user will NOT be deleted. This
action is NOT permanent. |
