Dynamic Variables
Certain dictionary entries such as comments signups & E-Commerce can be more personalised by substituting entering text placeholders such as [firstName] this will be replaced by the web users first name.

Placeholders available are:
[firstName]
[lastName]
[order] -  (eCommerce Only) will repalce by Order No.
[date] -  (eCommerce Only) will repalce by Order date
[basket] -  (eCommerce Only) will repalce by complete basket contents
[customer] -  (eCommerce Only) will repalce by customer name
[activationlink] -  if activation required will replace with activation link
[trackingcode] -  (eCommerce Only) will repalce by Order Tracking Code
