List all Emails available for Newsletter

Displayed are all the emails recipients currently available for you to send a newsletter.

If the email is not displayed then the user does not wish to receive a newsletter and has automatically been removed. This ensures that only recipients that have not un-subscribed are displayed ensuring an email is not again sent to a web user that has explicitly un-subscribed from the mailing.

You are free to apply filters to select certain mails for personalised newsletters.

You can manually edit any email that has been added. You can also view some vital statistics on each email.

Best practise is to wait until all emails from a previous newsletter have been sent to ensure clients do not receive duplicate emails or emails not sent. A warning message will be displayed if there are emails in the email queue.

Key to Buttons

Click to add emails to email queue
Click to remove all emails from email queue
Show emails that are in the queue and waiting to send.
Add selected emails to email queue

Delete permanently selected emails



Add Email
You can manually add an email to the newsletter. An unsubscribe link will be automatically created in the email sent so the user will always be free to remove themselves from the list permanently.
Click    to add email to list of newsletter subscribers.

Search by Keyword
Search for an email by contact name, email, business or custom field.

Filter By
As data can be added to the mailshot in various ways these buttons can filter out certain data to better target mailshots. If you wish to target only your e-Commerce customers then you would click this button. The search result would then automatically select all your e-Commerce customers and add them to the queue for email send.
  Customers only e-Commerce client opting in to email marketing. If client opts out email will be automatically removed from list.
  Comments sign ups only A web user that can leave comments and is automatically added to the newsletter. The web user can un-subscribe in the email link and their details will be removed permanently from the database..
  Newsletter sign ups only Web newsletter sign up.
  Added manually Added manually using the administration system.
  List All Do not apply any filter and show all emails.
Displays amount of emails in mailing
Displays the amount of emails waiting to be sent in the email queue.
  Send Click send to start sending of emails.
  Reset Click reset if you wish to start again to resend emails. Best practise is to wait until all emails have been sent to ensure clients do not receive duplicate emails or emails sent in quick succession.




Email Status
This displays if the email has been sent and not waiting to be sent. All emails waiting to be sent will remain in a queue until send email is initiated.You can change the status here.

Insert mails by uploading a CSV comma seperated file or EXCEL spreadsheet. Click

Clicks from email
Amount of clicks from email to website.

Email Sent

A tick signifies the email has been sent and no longer in the email queue.
A red cross signifies the email is contained in the email queue and is waiting to be sent.

This icon signifies on how the email has been added to the system
