If the email is not displayed then the user does not wish to receive a newsletter and has automatically been removed. This ensures that only recipients that have not un-subscribed are displayed ensuring an email is not again sent to a web user that has explicitly un-subscribed from the mailing.
You are free to apply filters to select certain mails for personalised newsletters. You can manually edit any email that has been added. You can also view some vital statistics on each email. Best practise is to wait until all emails from a previous newsletter have been sent to ensure clients do not receive duplicate emails or emails not sent. A warning message will be displayed if there are emails in the email queue. Key to Buttons
