You can create a new newsletter each time you send or you can use an existing newsletter to send. If you prefer to track the popularity of a newsletter it would be best to create a new newsletter each time you send a mailing.
Various statistics are assigned to individual newsletters so as to track success of newsletter campaigns.


Add
Click  Add to add a new newsletter.

Title
Title of newsletter

Total Emails Sent
Displays a count of the total number of emails sent using this newsletter. If the newsletter is repeatedly used for a mailing then this count will be incremented accordingly.

Clicks from Email
Displays a count of all clicks from emails to the website determining the popularity of a a newsletter.

Unsubscribed
The total number of un-subscribers for this newsletter. Once a user un-subscribes they are removed from all future mailings and cannot be reselected for this newsletter or any future newsletters.

Orders
If e-Commerce option enabled then a count is displayed of orders made through the system by clicking on a link in the newsletter.

Date last sent
Date the newsletter was last sent.

Filter results by key data.
