The Special FX Layer

Overlay text/HTML to the template shell and optionally add flash movie animated fx.
This layer is used for special FX but can be used to overlay text/html over any position on the page.
The width and height of the layer will be replicated on the web site.
Optionally overlay a flash movie. There are 200 flash movie effects to select. Note flash movies will not render on mobile devices.
