The Slogan Text Layer

Render a large slogan & small slogan text block on this layer.
The slogan text is entered on the Global Setup page. This layer picks up the text entered on the global setup and formats and positions it accordingly on the page.
Add text/HTML or an image gallery to the page shell. This will be visible on all pages. Using the option of different layouts maybe the home page layout might display more image galleries than the content page. You are free to setup as you wish.
The slogan text layer adheres to the positioning rules of the logo.
