There is one common support task that is treated differently. A frequently requested action would be to help the customer with the setup of their site. The customer has the option to pay for setup if required. A resource would have to be dedicated to the setup therefore require a supplementary charge. Sometimes the initial charge for a site includes setup so it depends on the way your hub is setup.

Customer chooses Purchase setup in Buy Modules in their admin.
Upon purchase by the customer we will receive an automatic support query regarding a request for assistance for setup. And a status flag will change against the customer account.
