A test gateway is installed initially for testing your store. When you are ready to put your store live be sure to delete this test gateway.
The test gateway is used to test the order workflow and bypasses any payment gateway so no money is exchanged.
IMPORTANT! When you put the site live and will accept live orders this test gateway needs to be removed so the customer can only make live orders.
All test orders are marked as test against each order.
