  Trial Defaults


API Type
Basic user turns of advanced settings.

Share Media Files
Share media and images from the master portal hub account with other accounts on the network

Lock Settings
New sign ups will not be able to change settings and use the advanced web creation tool. Individual accounts can later be changed by main administrator.

Invite Members System 
If trial sign up input fields not active users can invite members if actived. Will use email authentication method if activated requiring the user to click on an automated link contained in an email.

Default Style Template
If a default template is chosen use the user will not have the option to choose a template thereby simplifying the signup procedure. Locate the ID of te template and add.

Initial GUI Loaded on Trial 
VMOB is a compact simple design for mobile/tablet

Language Selection 
Allow a selection of language.



 Directory


Share Blogs/Press Releases
Share items added by individual users on portal / directory.

Listings Require Authorisation
Listings require authorisation by portal / directory administrator

Categories are assigned to Listings by portal / directory administrator
Categories are assigned to Listings by portal / directory administrator

Users allowed
Restrict To Hub Users Only - Only members of site with account can view and add comments to network
Public & Hub Accounts - Anyone can view network and add comments. It is publicly available.



 Comments


Force user to leave a rating with comment
If set to profile page this will overwrite global on/off Ratings setting

Hub User Can Authorise Their Comments 
If No Comments will be automatically published to site with no option of authorisation by the recipient hub user.

Hub User Can Turn Comments On / Off 
If No comments will always be active on profiles/news/blog/listings and cannot be turned off. Web pages are unaffected.

Allow Image Uploads 
Allow Imgaes to be added to comments for all users

Require login to leave Likes 
If Yes then users will need to log in to leave likes.

Add Like Option to Each Comment 
If Yes Shows the like button in each comment entry

Check max by
System used for counting existing comments per user. Check by User ID or IP address (IP address will give the greatest restriction to adding comments).

Profiles Max
(Applied if UserID or IP Address Check) Max comments allowed per user on profiles

Listings Max
(Applied if UserID or IP Address Check) Max comments allowed per user on listings pages

Other Max
(Applied if UserID or IP Address Check) Max comments allowed per user on news, blog and web pages
