Select a field to be used as a Store Delivery Times / Hours requirement for the customer. This will give us a blue button link where we need to setup the hours if we have not already done so.

Delivery time offset value

Enter a value in minutes on the delay from time of order to when the order is prepared and ready for delivery or collection. If you have a fast turnaround of orders this could be set to 30 mins if it takes longer to prepare an order then add the appropriate time.

For example:

The current time is 13:00 it takes 30 minutes to prepare an order so my first slot selectable by the customer will be 13.30 and not 13:00. Account is taken in to the opening and closing of the store when calculating delivery times.

Setting Opening Hours

Opening hours are set 24 hours a day 7 days a week. One or two opening / closing times can be set per day.

Example Monday

Store open all day from 09:00 > 17:00 and does not shut. Only one time band is set active as only one time is needed.

Example Tuesday

Store opens and closes twice in the day. Its open for lunch 11:00 and closes at 15:00. Then for the evening the store opens at 15:00 and closes at 23:00. 2 times are therefore needed and in the example we can see both are set active.

Any day can be set to closed. Opening times can be changed and adjusted whenever required.

The diagram below displays the editing of the store hours and when the store is available for delivery or collection.

Example on how the customer will view on their edit page or new customer sign up page. This field will always be displayed at the top of the page. The times are only for today. Times can only be selected when the store is open and taking into account any time delay for the preparation of the order.

Note how the title is displayed to the customer. All delivery selections are made for this day only.
