Activate chat room (Social Networking only) Use classic word style Chat room Click icon to change.
Use Drag and Drop Text Editor (Bootstrap Mobile Enabled) Use classic word style WYSIWYG Text Editor Click icon to change.
Page requires super user login
Social networks : only your friends can view.		 Page does not require super user login to view.
Social networks : can be viewed by anyone. 		Click icon to change.
Drafts mode Active Changes made will not affect live page. A temporary page is created and updated. Live mode Active Any changes and edits will affect immediatly the live website. Click to set to drafts mode to work on a temporary copy then click again to publish. Click icon to transfer drafts changes to live copy.
Comments can be left for page Comments cannot be left for page Click icon to change.
Image gallery attached to page. No Image gallery attached to page. Click icon to change.
Music Playlist attached to page. No Music Playlist attached to page. Click icon to change.

Date Created/Date Start
Click to open a mini calendar dialog for quick date change.This will update the date appearing to the web user when the article was created or if an event the date the event is scheduled for. Alternatively using the calendar view the entry can be dragged to a new date which will automatically update the date. Click here for more information on the calendar view.


Updated On
Date last updated and user that entered article.

Title
Enter title of page

Repeat (If calendar mode enabled)
Select the repeat cycle for this event.

Select the background color for the event displayed in the calendar.

Summary ( < 2000 Characters )
Enter a short summary for the page. Additional text which maybe displayed on the page and additional page text when performing a search.

Main Image
Each page can have a main image attached which can be displayed on the search page and the page detail.


Click    to upload an image from your computer. Click [browse] on popup dialog window to select file from your computer.

OR
Click    top select an image from My Image Library.

A preview is shown of the crop dimensions and resulting dimensions of the image if cropped

 

Once uploaded the system automatically creates 2 images. A thumbnail to the exact size needed for the website and a larger image resized to fit the area set on the page. The default dimensions can be set in the Global Setup Page.

To aid in the presentation of your website the use of the crop tool is recommended. This will ensure each generated thumbnail is of the same size when displayed on the page.
Once image is uploaded and transferred to the server a preview of the image will be viewed with drag handles for cropping. Drag these handles to required area on image and click    to save without cropping just click the close icon on the top right of the page or click outside the page.. Settings for the global crop size can be set in the Global Setup Page.

Acceptable image formats - GIF, JPG, & PNG. Preferred format JPG




Main Text
Enter the main text for the page. There are 2 text editors you can use. Drag and Drop Text Editor (Bootstrap Mobile Enabled) or the classic word style WYSIWYG Text Editor


Widget / Javascript
 To add custom javascript/widegets to this page copy and paste the code created by widget. To insert YouTube videos copy and paste the embed code created by YouTube to this text box.


YouTube Video 
 Paste share link to add video to the page. See Add Video


Smileys (If calendar mode enabled)
Select a smiley that will be displayed on the calendar for this page.

Click or in editor to save edits.
