Edit My Profile

All members of a directory have a profile page. Here you can update your profile details, add an image gallery, music, pictures, check selective logos, add Social links and text.

It is mandatory that a profile category is chosen otherwise the profile will not be visible in the directory. A profile can be added to multiple categories.

Key to Buttons (Clicking icon will automatically save)

Comments can be left for profile Comments cannot be left for profile Click icon to change.
Google Map attached to profile. No Google Map attached to profile. Click icon to change.
Image gallery attached to profile. No Image gallery attached to profile. Click icon to change.
Video attached to profile. No Video attached to profile. Click icon to change.
Music Playlist attached to profile. No Music Playlist attached to profile. Click icon to change.
Form elements are attached to profile. No Form elements attached to profile. Click icon to change.

Each profile will have a main image attached which can be displayed on the search profile and the profile detail.


Click    to upload an image from your computer. Click [browse] on popup dialog window to select file from your computer.

OR
Click    top select an image from My Image Library.

A preview is shown of the crop dimensions and resulting dimensions of the image if cropped
 

Once uploaded the system automatically creates 2 images. A thumbnail to the exact size needed for the website and a larger image resized to fit the area set on the profile. The default dimensions can be set in the Global Setup profile.

To aid in the presentation of your website the use of the crop tool is recommended. This will ensure each generated thumbnail is of the same size when displayed on the profile.
Once image is uploaded and transferred to the server a preview of the image will be viewed with drag handles for cropping. Drag these handles to required area on image and click   

to save without cropping just click the close icon on the top right of the profile or click outside the profile.. Settings for the global crop size can be set in the Global Setup profile.

Acceptable image formats - GIF, JPG, & PNG. Preferred format JPG

If shown this is a secondary image which usually serves as a background to the main profile image.

Profile Title
Enter title of profile

Summary ( < 2000 Characters )
Enter a short summary for the profile. Additional text which maybe displayed on the profile and additional profile text when performing a search.

Search Criteria

Main Text
Enter the main text for the profile. There are 2 text editors you can use. Drag and Drop Text Editor (Bootstrap Mobile Enabled) or the classic word style WYSIWYG Text Editor

Widget / Javascript
 To add custom javascript/widegets to this profile copy and paste the code created by widget. To insert YouTube videos copy and paste the embed code created by YouTube to this text box.
