When a support ticket has been resolved we need to remove the ticket from the active list of support queries. We do this by closing the ticket.
If support credits have been used, the customer account support credits are debited. Once the ticket is closed no further work can be assigned to it. Closed tickets cannot be re-opened.
The close ticket area is visible when you respond to a ticket as below.
The support credits used will default to the total amount in tasks.
When close ticket the Support Credits Available balance is reduced by the support credits used.
