This is an optional setting and allows the portal / hub administrator more control over the content that is published on the site. The control is administered over the listings only. Each new listing that has been added or updated will require authorisation by a portal admin to publish live to the site.

Deciding to not authorise a listing will flag a NON AUTHORISED notice on the listing. Further modifications can be made which set the listing again for approval until the product is set live. Subsequent changes to the product will set the listing again to require approval.
